I've extended a subscription but the number of days hasn't changed
If you have paid for a subscription, and after that in the application you see that the time remaining until the end of the current subscription has not changed, then this is normal. Once the current subscription ends, the next paid subscription will start immediately. If an active subscription ends while the application is running, the next purchased subscription will be used without the need to stop the scan and restart the application. You can find all purchased subscriptions in the dashboard. Please note that in case of using payment methods requiring manual payment processing it may take some time (up to 24 hours) to activate a purchased subscription.
