Cannot start the scan (“Start” button is inactive)

Start is inactive if the application cannot detect poker client by the following reasons:

  • poker client is not running;
  • SharkyScanner is running without administrator rights;
  • launched poker client is not in the list of covered clients.

If you are sure that the problem is not caused by the reasons above, send us a bug report right from the application, with poker client name specified.
